Order Processing

All orders are processed by Paypal.com on their secure and encrypted servers. The charges on your card will appear as Paypal.com. Any questions you may have regarding the credit card transactions may be directed to sales@michaelbirawer.com. Any additional ordering instructions at checkout refer to the packaging of items and are not directed to the shipping service.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to ship by other carriers. UPS 3-Day, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air are available upon request. Please select the preferred service when checking out.

Please Note We do not stock prints larger than the $200 size at our studio. The larger reproductions are not printed until the order is received; thus, these prints may take up to a week to process and deliver even if an expedited UPS service is selected.

Once we have received your order, verified availability and processed payment, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Please allow 2-3 weeks for no-stocked items. To help gauge approximate delivery time, you will receive an email (with UPS tracking numbers if applicable) on the day your item is shipped.
